Take 3 Skinny Bakery Chocolate Pearls and cut in half. Place in a bowl and add the espresso, and leave to steep for 20-30 minutes.
Take glass and place the now coffee steeped Pearls in the bottom.
Layer 100g 0% fat quark on top of the Pearls and then grate over the chocolate.
For an extra special touch add a few chocolate coated coffee beans, then sit back and enjoy this decadent pud. Enjoy x
