What Makes Skinny Bakery Healthier?

Our products are made with natural flavours and are free from artificial colours, flavours and preservatives. We bake with high quality healthy ingredients including fruits, veggies, plant protein and low fat dairy. Our cakes contain 40% less calories, 30% less sugar, and 60% less fat per 100g when compared to supermarket equivalents.

Are Your Products Suitable For Diabetics?

We publish the carbohydrate and sugar content of our products per serving and per 100g within each product page of this website. We are unable to offer advice regarding individuals sugar and carbohydrate tolerances and suggest this advice be issued by a trained medical professional who is assessing your health.

What Is The Shelf Life Of The Products?

Best before dates:

  • Doughnuts: 3+ days chilled (freeze for 2 months)
  • Pearls, brownies & flapjacks: 6+ days chilled (freeze for 2 months)
  • Cookies: 2+ weeks in a cool, dry place

Are Your Products Suitable For Vegetarians And Vegans?

Most of our products are suitable for vegetarians and we have developed a vegan line too. Look for a V next to all products suitable for vegetarians and Vg for all those suitable for vegans.


How Much Does Delivery Cost?

Delivery is free of charge to most UK Mainland postcodes on all Pick ‘N’ Mix Boxes and all orders over £30. For other rates and postcodes please click here. Please allow 2 working days for delivery to postcodes in zones B-D.

Where Do You Deliver?

We currently deliver to the UK and Ireland. We are working on delivering to more locations, so stay tuned.

How Are The Items Packed?

Our new and improved 100g pack size contains 25% more product and 30% less packaging than our original smaller pack size. You can still find the smaller pack size from the drop down menu within each product. Our packaging is fully recyclable. These portioned packs are dispatched to you in a mailing box, which requires to be signed for or left safe as it is too large for the letter box. Extra insulation is in place to keep the products cool during the summer months.

Please note: we do not include a physical invoice with the delivery in the event that our products are being gifted.

How Long Does Delivery Take?

Orders placed before 2pm are eligible for delivery the next working day (Tuesday-Friday). Orders placed after 2pm will be eligible for delivery the following working day. You must pick your delivery date at the checkout and you may choose any future date of your choice. Please note we do not deliver on Mondays as we don’t ship over the weekend. Please bear in mind that we require 2 working days to deliver to some offshore locations (here). You will receive further updates regarding your delivery window via text message or email. Deliveries can occur anytime between 7am and 7pm and unfortunately you cannot choose your delivery timeframe.

How Will I Be Notified About My Delivery?

You will receive a text message or email the night before the delivery date you select at the checkout. Another message and email will be sent on the morning of your chosen delivery date detailing your delivery window.

What Will Happen If I Am Out?

Due to the perishable nature of our goods, your order should be delivered as quickly as possible. Your parcel will be left safe or with a neighbour of your choice if no one is present to accept the delivery during your delivery slot. You are able to nominate a neighbour to accept your parcel on your behalf by following the instructions sent by SMS on the day of delivery.


My Order Arrived Damaged, What Should I Do?

We’re sorry to hear your order is damaged. Please send us as much information about the problem as possible along with photos of the damage to and we will try to resolve it quickly for you.

How Can I Leave Feedback?

We want to hear from you. What did you think of the delivery? What do you think of the products? You can leave a review on Trustpilot or Facebook as well as on each product page of our website. Please email us in the first instance if there is any problem with your order or delivery and we will attempt to resolve it as quickly as possible.

How Do I Store The Products?

All of our products are made without preservatives so they do have a short shelf if left at room temperature. We recommend keeping them in the fridge for seven days or more. Our doughnuts are best eaten as quickly as possible and will come with a three-four day shelf life. Skinny Bakery products can be frozen on the day of receipt for two months (excludes cookies). More information about appropriate storage for your treats will be emailed to you on the day of your delivery, as well as on the literature provided in the mailing box you receive, and on the products themselves.

Can The Packaging Be Recycled?

All of our packaging including plastic cup and lid, card sleeve and cardboard box can be recycled. The plastic cups can be reused for other desserts, healthy snacks, breakfast on the go and leftovers.
