Keep Calm & Picnic On
What could be better than eating loads of snacks and small plates all day? Doing it all al fresco! The little plastic tubs and lids that our products come in double as great homes for your picnic salads and snacks.
PICK ME! To-die-for Chicken Tikka Skewers from the lovely Kayleigh Smale – Serves 4 (181 calories | 2g fat (1g sat fat) | 0g sugar per serving)
For the tikka skewers you will need:
- 500g diced chicken
- 3 tbsp tikka curry powder
- 200g pot of fat-free natural yogurt
- 1 lemon juice
- 1 tsp turmuric
STEP 1: Place all ingredients apart from veg into a bowl and mix.
STEP 2: Feed the chicken and veg onto the skewers alternating them.
STEP 3: Cook under a medium grill until cooked (turning them every 5 mins or so)
P.S. Top tip: Try a veggie option replacing chicken for onion and pepper cubes. Add as many vegetables as you like!
