Spiced Pumpkin Cupcakes
At The Skinny Bakery our philosophy is that cakes should taste fabulous and be within your daily recommended calories, fat and sugar allowance. However (!) it is essential that they taste like cake. This means they should have some fat and some sugar, otherwise they taste like meat / bread / whatever and just look like cake. Not. Cool! These Spiced Pumpkin cupcakes not only taste like cake, but they also taste of autumn and halloween 😁🎃 We hope you enjoy eating them as much as we enjoy baking them! Post your pictures on Instagram with the hashtag #skinnybakeryrecipe and we will mention you in our stories.
