An email or text message is sent the night before your delivery.
Another email and text message with your one hour delivery window is sent on the delivery day.
Please note, your parcel will be left safe or with a neighbour of your choice if no one is present to accept the delivery during your one hour delivery slot. You are able to nominate a neighbour to accept your parcel on your behalf by following the instructions sent by SMS on the day of delivery.
